										Add all ingredients into a bread machine in the order as stated above (liquid first, then dry ingredients)

										Select “Dough” setting on your bread machine 
- 
										After the bread machine has completed its dough cycle, remove from bread machine onto a rolling board 
- 
										Punch the dough and roll it flat with a rolling pin 
- 
										Brush all over with the melted butter 
- 
										Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture and sultanas to cover the dough 
- 
										Gently lift up one side and roll into a long cylinder shape 
- 
										Cut with a serrated knife into 1 inch thick slices 
- 
										Arrange slices flat down in a baking tray 
- 
										Set aside in a warm area to double in size 
- 
										Brush with melted butter after it has proofed 
- 
										Bake at 180°C for 20 mins until golden brown
