Scrape out coconut flesh from 2 young coconuts.

Pour coconut water into a pot (use 1.25 litre).

Add agar agar powder and stir until dissolved.

Add sugar and stir well - adjust to taste.

Place the pot over the stove and bring it to a boil.

Add the coconut flesh and let it boil briefly.

Scoop the coconut flesh agar agar mixture into glass containers or jelly moulds.

Set aside to cool until the agar agar surface sets.

Keep in the fridge and serve cold.
