Prepare warm water at 45 C in a bowl

Add instant yeast and sugar to the warm water and stir gently

Cover the bowl and set aside until yeast mixture turns foamy which shows the the yeast is active

Add salt and oil and mix well

Add bread flour a batch at a time and mix well

Knead until it forms into a dough

Cover and let rise until double in size

Punch the dough to release the air

Transfer the dough on a rolling board and cut to size at 42 g each

Scoop out the red bean paste and weigh 22 g each

Flatten dough with a rolling pin and place red bean paste in the centre

Fold the sides up and pinch the dough to seal the red bean paste

Gently roll into a ball with your hands and arrange on a baking tray

Set aside the tray in a warm place for at least 45 mins for the shaped dough to rise

Ate the dough ahs double in size, brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top

Bake at 180 C for 20 mins or until golden brown
