French Baguette (Bread Machine)
This is my 1st video posting on YouTube using an app with photos taken with my mobile phone.
Having a bread machine at home is a very convenient gadget if you suddenly have the craving for freshly baked bread. It not only saves you time but the effort needed to knead by hand. Just throw all the necessary ingredients into the pan of the bread machine, select the mode and press the start button and let the machine do it’s thing. Typically it takes about 3 hrs for a fully baked loaf or just over an hour for a proofed dough.
