Thin and Crispy Garlic Pork Chop
Instead of the usual fried chicken wings, why not try something different to go with your rice or chips? These crispy pork chops can either be eaten on its own, or as a complementary dish to your meal. Rich in garlic flavour with that oh so crunchy coating.

Ingredients
- 500 g pork loin sliced thinly
- 2 tsp light soya sauce
- 3 tsp cooking rice wine
- 2 tsp white pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Biscuit crumbs
- Instant oats
Instructions

Slice 500g pork loin thinly and smash the pork slices with the back of the cleaver

Marinade sliced pork with the following:

tsp light soya sauce, 3 tsp cooking rice wine and 2 tsp white pepper

Press 3 cloves of garlic

Mix pork slices and marinade well and refrigerate for an hour

Add instant oats to biscuit crumbs in the ratio of 1:10 and mix well

Pour some oats biscuit crumbs mixture into a bowl and beat an egg in another bowl

Remove marinated pork slices from refrigerator and mix well

Soak marinated pork slices in beaten egg and coat with biscuit crumbs completely

Deep fry in very hot oil for about 2 mins or until golden brown

Remove crispy fried pork chop and scoop up remaining crumbs from the oil

Drain excess oil from fried pork chop in a wire basket
