Easy Homemade Beancurd Recipe | Silky Smooth Tau Huay Every Time

It’s incredibly silky, soft, and topped with a vibrant mango puree or gula melaka syrup that takes it to the next level. - 360 g Polleney Brand Soya Bean Powder
- 5 sachets Unisoy Brand Nutritious Milk Powder
- 3.5 litres water
- 150 g Nestle Coffee Creamer
- 150 g Fine sugar
- 100 g Phoon Huat Brand Jelly Powder
- Slowly add Polleney Brand Soya Bean Powder to water and mix well
- Add Unisoy Brand Nutritious Milk Powder and mix well
- Heat the Soya Milk mixture on low flame till it’s hot but not boiling
- Slowly add creamer and mix well
- Add sugar
- Slowly add jelly powder and mix well till hot but not boiling
- Leave to cool and pour into cups
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hrs
- Serve chilled with gula melaka syrup or mango puree or on its own
