Corned Beef with Onions and Green Chillies
This easy to cook recipe is great for a quick breakfast sandwich meal or even for a picnic. Goes well with crackers too for your afternoon tea time. This is one of my family’s old time picnic favourite.

Corned Beef with Onions and Green Chillies
Ingredients
- 1 tin corned beef 340 g
- 1 large onion
- 2 green chillies
- Spring onion for garnishing
Instructions

Remove corned beef from the tin and lightly break it up with a fork on a plate.

Cut a large onion and slice the green chillies.

Heat up a frying pan with a little cooking oil.

Add cut onions and sliced green chillies and stir fry for a few minutes.

Add in the corned beef and mix everything together until corned beef softens and cooks thoroughly.

Serve with bread or crackers for a quick meal.

Makes nice sandwiches to bring along for a picnic.
