- 1 tin corned beef 340 g
- 1 large onion
- 2 green chillies
- Spring onion for garnishing
- Remove corned beef from the tin and lightly break it up with a fork on a plate.
- Cut a large onion and slice the green chillies.
- Heat up a frying pan with a little cooking oil.
- Add cut onions and sliced green chillies and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Add in the corned beef and mix everything together until corned beef softens and cooks thoroughly.
Serve with bread or crackers for a quick meal.
Makes nice sandwiches to bring along for a picnic.
